What a super set of pictures, Roy. The trees around and about up here were covered in an inch or so of think frost earlier in the week and looked wonderful. It's sunny today but still bitterly cold.
Merry Christmas.

Such beautiful scenery Roy! the photos are perfect. In person I would prefer the green walkways but since I'm not there, I'm enjoying the views!

Thanks Emma, merry Christmas.

Thanks Mary.
Yes, I think trees make great subjects for any kind of painting medium.

Thanks GG.

Thanks Keith, yes it was colder than I have known it there, warmer when the snow was on the ground.

Thanks Evie,
I will do a re-run in the summer Evie when its nice and green and warm.{:)

...one gorgeous image after another!! I love all these frosty scenes. They could all be Christmas cards!

Thanks Kelly, looking at it now, you wouldn't think its a good place to photograph butterflies in the warm sunshine in the summer.??

Wow, beautiful, just beautiful Roy! I love these scenes. It's wonderful to see England's landscape. Similar to the fog, frost adds another "filter" to everything.

Thanks Mike, yes I wanted to get some frost shots on trees before long.

Thanks Steve. Here's to next year.
