A Dull Day on the Fenland

For my first post of 2009 the weather failed to improve on what we have experienced in this area recently.

That said these sheep didn't appear to mind very much, dressed in their big wooly jumpers.

As always there is plenty to do on the land irrespective of the weather. In the case below it is drag harrowing.

Still Roy green on the ground and white on a sheep is much better than the cold white stuff on the ground. I havent even been farther than the guinea coop in about a month!!!!

Woolly jumper or not I wouldn't have cared to be living outside over the last few days!

Your right Evie. Sorry I hope you go green soon.!!

Hi Rowan. It doesn't seem to be getting any better.
I don't know where this global warming has gone all of a sudden. My friend Eve, here above will testify to that.

I'm always so delighted when you post sheep!

I remembered that Helen.

Ah...not so dull with these lovely sheep! I seldom see sheep around here, although I know some people raise them.

Hi Mary,
This is not an area with large flocks unfortunately.
